I'm very much inspired by the way that youth organize themselves to solve their problems. We all know that at this age many people try to do this and that, just to make sure that they at least reach their goals, mostly through studies. However, others end up dealing with bad things due to lack of employment, education etc. It is my duty and yours to educate our fellow young people when we see them going inthe wrong direction. To answer this question I first have to say that I often find it difficult to obey authority figures who I feel are not justified in terms of the ways they lead others. Yet, I strongly agree that we all need leadership but leaders should be chosen democratically and their methods should be open to public critique.
